Don't Throw Out Pickle Juice

Use leftover sweet pickle juice, to thin salad dressings, use in place of vinegar in Thousand Island, French, Russian, or any other sweet salad dressing that calls for for vinegar. Slice cucumbers, radishes, carrots, etc. add add to sweet or dill pickle juice; let them sit for a few hours, or a few days, and snack away.
